Description: Ron Davies From Warren PA will be driving our Schwartz/Lunger Owned Carter Lumber, Schwartz Construction, Northeast Heating & Cooling, Shetler Construction, Lineup Masonry, Beacon Lubricants, Lunger’s Painting Signs & Graphics, Rescue Service Electric, Penn – Ohio, Stateline Speedway, American Racing Tire, Genesis Shocks, Sponsored Rocket. Ron Davies is a longtime friend of Dennis and because his car will not be ready we asked if he would like to drive one of ours.

Dennis will be driving the JR Lumber, Schwartz Construction, Northeast Heating & Cooling, Shetler Construction, Lineup Masonry, Beacon Lubricants, Lunger’s Painting Signs & Graphics, Rescue Service Electric, Penn – Ohio, Stateline Speedway, American Racing Tire, Genesis Shocks, Sponsored Rocket.

RESULTS: Ron Started 7th in heat race one and would charge up and finish 2nd. Great start for team 17L/D.
Myself on the other hand Drew Pill 95 putting me dead last in heat 3 9th, after 5 laps I was up to 7th and closing on the transfer spot of 6th When it all went bad. Without any warning the motor let go ending my night!!!

After a quick carb change on the 17D Car Ron would line up for the feature in 9th at the start of the race he would find himself in 4th place and on the move, but as laps clicked off the tire choice was way wrong. We went way to soft for this track and he started to slip back at lap 32 he found himself back in 9th but still holding a top 10 finish. Then things got worse — the rear gears exploded ending his night with a 16th place finish.
